5.3 Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not consumed the credits. Used credits are non-refundable except in cases of service failure or error on our part.

10.1 Freedom of Backend Services

waiyers reserves the full and unrestricted right to select, change, replace, or combine any backend services, cloud providers, AI model providers, databases, infrastructure components, and third-party technology services used to deliver the platform. These choices are made at our sole discretion to ensure optimal performance, security, cost-efficiency, and innovation.

Users acknowledge that the underlying technology stack may evolve over time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially degrade the functionality of the Services as described in these Terms.

10.2 Data Architecture and Management

The data architecture, system design, database schemas, infrastructure topology, and technical management practices employed by waiyers are proprietary and confidential. These constitute trade secrets and intellectual property of waiyers.

Users shall not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or otherwise discover the internal data architecture or infrastructure configuration of the platform. waiyers manages all data in accordance with applicable privacy laws (see our Privacy Policy) while retaining full discretion over how data is technically stored, replicated, cached, and processed within its systems.

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Unused credits may be refunded in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. The French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
